Dominion Energy Services LLC
Dominion Energy Services LLC (Dominion) is a corporation incorporated pursuant to the laws of Florida and certain principals of Dominion co-owns with Riverstone, Amaizeingly Green Products LP (formerly Collingwood Ethanol LP) a corn ethanol wet mill facility in Collingwood, Ontario. Dominion began in 2006 to design, engineer, and develop this 54 million litre/year wet-mill corn ethanol production facility. Collingwood Ethanol LP began producing ethanol in July 2007 and then developed a number of value added co-products from corn gluten meal including a range of process patented corn gluten natural fertilizer and weed control products. Co-product sales now contribute to a greater percentage of the baseline revenue of the facility. As a result, Collingwood Ethanol LP changed its name in June 2009 to Amaizeingly Green Products LP to better reflect its business.
The Canadian government has mandated that by 2011 all gasoline sold in Canada must have at least a 5% blend of ethanol. Alberta has a similar internal mandate.
